Paul Page, owner of the original Cheeseman, began selling cheese from the white bridge trading station on the Knysna lagoon road in the early nineties. After establishing his reputation for good cheese along the Garden Route, Paul reloacted his Padstall to the Heath.  Pop round to the Cheeseman’s farm-style stall at the Heath and enjoy a glass of wine with your  selection of Dutch Gouda and Cheddar, Brie and Camembert or creamy Gorgonzola.
